MY LBS has a 2003 Specialized P.1 for 1000 CND tax included, Is it worth it ? This is canadian version and it has the front dics brake.

From the Specialized website, the P.1 retails for $530.00.
What's the difference for the extra $145.00 USD? Just a front disc? Anything else?
