im far from fat, (5'6 155lbs) but I do want to lose a few lbs and get a bit ripped. im just getting into mtbing and I figure it will help me lose the lbs I want around the waist and help strengthen my legs but its not going to do much for my arms I dont think.
so, for those that have used biking as a form of excersise, what did you do for the top half of your body??
yes, im aware of push-ups, sit-ups and many other excersises, but I like to learn about other peoples routines and hopefully learn something new.
