I think Probike kit has it.

I checked the site, and the UK site has the rabobank
caps.
edit: I finally got on the US site (too many users) and they
have it too!

Thanks Lotek, I looked at that site, it is awesome, but I had a hard time locating the Rabobank cap, do you have a link or anything that would lead me to it.
