Went to the gym and did leg presses, squats, abs, and lower back workout. It's Thursday and my thighs are aching! This sucks!
will do. I am seriously moving as fast as an old man with a walker. Apparently two days is the magic number between resistance training and PAIN.

sounds like my bro when he started working out again. :p The key is to be like me and never stop :D
Of course I can remember it was quite painful for me when i pretty much started for the first time several years ago. :)
