Well I don't really post in this section of bike forums much, but damn did I learn myself a lesson last night.
Even if you're using a torque wrench make darn sure it's locked cause if it ain't you're just going to over torque it anyways waiting for the 'pop.'
Ouch, there goes some money.
I'm sure everyone has lessons like this, from the classic "I cracked my carbon frame cause I tightened my seat too much" to the truly unimagineable.
