Will I have any problems using the new Shimano Alfine internally geared center lock disc hub with Avid BB7 brakes, provided I get a center lock rotor? Thanks.

The rotor may or may not give you trouble. Problem Solver and DT Swiss both make centerlock to 6-bolt adapters, which is probably a better option. DT Swiss's is cleaner looking, but more expensive.
