So I got this front wheel at a garage sale - 32-spokes, Sun M14A rim (semi-V), an abbreviated QR that looks like it's made out of wire, and a hub I've never seen before.

The hub has aluminum flanges for the spokes to hook to, but the center of the hub is made of black carbon fiber. There is an international-radiation-symbol-looking logo, but no other markings.

What is this wheel / hub?

Thanks!

Now that's a blast from the past. How much did you get it for?

I got it with a bunch of other stuff for a total of $70. Have yet to figure out if I got a good deal or not - I suspect, yes.
