I have the tooling, material and the time, and desire to build my own star nut setter. Can anyone provide me with the needed critical dimensions of one?

I'd assume the only real critical dimension is setting the star nut 15mm (9/16") below the top of the steering column.

Can anyone tell me what thread most star nuts/top cap bolts are? I've got to tap this thing before I leave today.
