Here's the deal...I have SPD-R welgo R4's on my bike right now. A screw came off and I cant find another screw and washer combiniation to fit. So Im looking at new pedals. I have been looking at Look pedals. Are there a bunch of screws or anything that could come loose and fall off like what happened with my old pedals? Any recommendations for other types of pedals? I think I want to have a broad cleat/pedal because I had started noticing a little foot numbness/hotness on some of my rides.

personally I like speedplay,
total of about 4 screws on the cleat, none
on the pedal.
Can't get much more simple than that.
pretty easy to clip in and out of too.
