I have a 2002 Bianchi Campione with threaded steerer/quill stem. Does anyone know the steerer length on a 59cm frame?

It's not that simple because you also have to know the stack height of the headset. So to answer your question one would need to know the exact headset brand and model as well as the head tube length. Sometimes manufacturer's websites will provide all the tube lengths as well as angles for each frame size. Headset websites also. Why are you asking? Are you looking for a new fork?

Yes, Rainman. I'm looking to get a carbon fork, but I don't want to go threadless. Though my options are limited, I saw an Easton EC70 fork that comes in 180, 200, and 220mm. According to the Bianchi website, headset is Miche/Bianchi Racing. Unfortunately, they don't list steerer length.
Take the original fork out and measure it.
