Bicycle Mechanics - 2 lube or not 2 lube?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Just got a new headset, C2 cane creek. This is my first threadless and I'm confused on which parts I should apply lube to.
Umm.....the bearings??? Most likely sealed, though, so don't worry.

You'll have a hard time lubing the C2. The bearings are all sealed.

Agreed, no luby on the spiny thingies!

Seriously, you'll want to put a thin layer on the steerer tube below the bearing race, this will prevent galvanic reaction and will keep the race from fusing to the steerer tube. That's about the only place!
Do you have a bearing press? I made one out of a piece of all thread and some big, big washers and a pair of big nuts (for the all thread-not mine!).
