Hey EVERYBODY THANK YOU!!!! How incredible to get birthday wishes from friends that I've never actually met.....Well, Marcy and Cheryl I've met.

Okay, here's the moment of full disclosure. I turned 40 on Wednesday. I'm having a little trouble getting used to the idea. It just it hard to believe.

I spent a great day relaxing at the beach and did a wonderful 40 mile ride today, also near the beach, with a local club. It's been a great week all the way around.
