Mmm.... Snow.

:)

I rode the mountain bike in today... what a workout! I hope it DOES snow before it's time to go home! I'd hate to put 28 miles on a mountain bike for no reason!

Anyway... it's not a half bad bike, considering I pulled it out of a dumpster and all I did to it was patch the flat tube, lube it, and adjust the seat and bar height! Maybe I'll post some pics of it later... I'm gonna swing by REI at lunch and see if they have some fenders for it.

Not really. My mountain bike is such a POS that I will only ride it from and to Wagon Road. So, my commute may be a short 8 mile RT tomorrow.

It can't be much worse than mine... mine came out of a dumpster. :p It was probably only around $100 new, looks like it never really got ridden... just some fading of the cables and the foam on the handlebars is cracked.

It has to be worse. Mine is a huffy I bought from target about 10 years ago and rode into the ground.
Strangely enough, the original tires still look brand new. Go figure.
It does have a nice looking SRAM chain on it... :p
