Pet peeve of mine from a designer's standpoint: having text that is underlined that looks the same as a link is confusing and annoying. I usually embed my links (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperlink) in the text to make it cleaner to read though others will underline parts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tim_Berners-Lee) without links for emphasis.
Not allowing posters to underline OR making links a slightly different color would solve that. Just a thought, thanks!
