It's some sort of spray grip for shoes and tires. Looks kind of funky but might be useful. I might give it a try if I get bored one day and order some.

I've seen something just like this product before. Basically what it was (or the product I saw that was intended to do the same thing) was a spray on bumpy surface. It was pretty thin and the bumps were made of tiny granules and the goopy stuff that held it together was a thin but rubbery black spray.

IDK if I'd like that on my bike tires - it would seem like hard cornering on dry pavement could actually make this substance to lose traction and thus have the tire lose traction because of the tiny bumps.

Well, given the price.... what's the harm in trying. Right? But really, if better traction was that simple, then it would be implemented everywhere. This thread wouldn't even exist.

It seems to me that if their bullet point list of product features starts with the can (two sizes and recyclyable aluminum!) them what's inside can't be very good.
