Well, I've got documented evidence that would withstand the challenge of the California Evidence Code, Section 250.

The only reason I can dance my feet numb at at tango party is because I'm ballsey enough to do the asking, and it's kind of considered "bad form" to refuse a lady, and I take base advantage of that. If I didn't ask, I'd be sitting all night. Again, there's documented evidence to back this up.

Well, I think you may be overstating things a little, since you haven't met me, but thanks anyway. It still feels good.

Okay, I'm gonna pull myself together here. I did have a good ride to work this morning. I put into action some advice Biting Duck gave me yesterday, which worked better than magic -- my level of panic and anxiety about being on a bike on the street again went WAY down, and I felt a lot more secure and confident and in control of my bike as a result, and was riding better, and even made my time goal to work!!

Okay, seize hold of victory and triumph. I CAN lift the seige on La Tourelle.

The VP, slowly transforming into something else besides a lump of self-pitying goo -- what, remains to be seen.

Oh, VP. Don't let a few bad breaks pull you down. A match.com guy standing you up is not so anomalous given the whole "internet" thing. Cheer up...he was most definitely a creep and the universe intervened on your behalf! As for missing the Holiday party, we all missed you. We did decide to dress down a little and weren't as naughty as promised - but in our defense, we had 100 miles to ride in the morning! The company was great though and I look forward to the next shindig with this group. I'm so glad Ravenmore was able to join us as well. :D

VP - Match will drive you nuts sometimes. I had a girl show up that wasn't the girl in the pic on the profile one time. That was special. A bad date from Match is like a flat on your bike, a pain in the @ss but its just one of those things that happens from time to time. :D

It was really nice meeting you too, Ravenmore, and your accent reminded me of home! Thanks for the pics. I have some too and just haven't gotten around to posting them, although I think with all of the others, we now have plenty. :p I hope you can come back out and play with us! The riding out here is sweet. :D
