Hey guys, I just did a double patch (Nail entered tube through one side, came out almost exactly opposite side). Is this okay to ride on or should I expect a tube failure?
Heres a picture of that rotten little nail by the way :

Your tube doesn't care where the patches are. As long as they are sealed good.
A decent patch should hold just fine.
I know people who will toss 10 patches on a tube and it still holds air just fine.
