Day 35 Riverton to Cliffden, 55 km
Not a hard day, actually a very simple day, the weather is nice and the route is along the southcoast.
My trailer was a bit heavy because of all the dried fruit & nuts i bought in Invercagill (made four packets a 1 kg, not very smart i know...)
I said goodbye to Leen, a funny Dutch guy who was cycling & birdspotting, i promised we would drink a beer and compare all our cycling stuff the next time we met.
Passed Tuatapere and from there it wasonly 15 km to the DoC camping in cliffden.
The DoC camping was really nice, it was placed nearby an old wooden swingbridge from the 1900`s
That night i was the only camper between all the white boxes, campervan people are nice people but very different from who travel with tent & gear.
It must be the difference in luxury, i think...
