I noticed Sidi has rechargeable electric insoles on their website. I think the price is more than $200.

I used to have an entire suit I wore on my motorcycle, and it was awesome!
You could get the insoles and gloves and buy a cheap SLA battery to run them all.
Google "hotronics" - about $200. No experience yet but I'm looking into it too.
I've seen new battery powered gloves and socks on ebay for $30. these are the cheaper wool socks (itchy) and standard gloves (not wicking). the gloves wouldn't be very conducive to biking because your hands would get all sweaty. the socks might be though, but i've heard the cheaper ones don't have any adjustment so they can get pretty darn hot so you have to turn them off and then back on when you get cold again. and with no on/off button, turning them off means you have to take the battery out. i ended up just wearing hiking boots and nice merino wool/coolmax/goretex socks and neoprene gloves. my feet got soaked in the rain/snow/slush but i didn't know it till i got home, stayed warm the whole time. my hands were a little cold but plenty dry, and actually fairly warm considering i averaged 18mph for 2 hours in 29 degree weather with medium headwinds.
