I picked up this JC Higgins bike, its complete but the handlebars and wheels are out of the picture. Skiptooth drivetrain and springer fork, tank with a horn in the inside also connected to the light on the front and old old corroded batteries.

While I personally prefer lightweights.
NICE RIDE.
Do you have a line on replacement parts?
if not check out Oldroads.com (he posts here as well)
they have alot of balloon tire parts.
It looks to be in really good nick, nice paint etc.

Post pics when its done.

Does that thing take 24 or 26" wheels? I may have some old 24's with whitewalls hiding in the garage...

Out of the picture as in I have them but they arent on the bike at the moment...lol:D I just built it up....here it is! The pictures make it look like its in really good condition, but it really isnt AT ALL.
