From what is apparent as it says over there on the left, I'd like to put this on one of my rides to be more fully equipped. What model number would this one be? And would anyone know where instructions for it could be found?

Alot of times, if I get ahold of a bike with an old computer on it that works, I try to figure out the wheel calibration by using a generic chart from other computers and then check the mileage against computers that are known to be accurate. A nice thing about old Avocet computers is their website has info for all the models they've sold as well as replacement parts.

Do a Google search against the model name - I've done that in the past for a couple of brands of computers and invariably somewhere along the line you'll be taken to the manufacturer's web page. So far, every manufacturer I've found has the complete collection (or so it seems) of their computer user's manuals available as .pdf files.
