How are you feeling James?
Oh, I'm okay... I'm really sore, but I'll most likely live. I should be nice and scabby for next weekend. :D

in all honesty the wind was hardly noticeable....for reals.
That's good. It was really nasty here this morning. Hope you make it down for another ride soon (and I don't flake).

I hope you feel better quickly... I was worried that the soreness would show up later ... did you get a new helmet yet?

Thanks Trac... yeah the soreness hit with a vengance today in my back/neck/shoulders. I should have known. But, I'll take soreness over broken bits anyday. :D I actually got a new helmet about a month ago. I've been using it for road rides, and demoted my old helmet to MTBing... So much for that.

Brandy, you have every right to be tired. Riding solo in strong winds is hard work. I can't believe you went out and rode again yesterday.

To be honest, it wasn't the smartest move on my part! I did skip Newport Coast though...still, should have done a slow recovery paced ride. I need to not be overdoing it right now!
