Commuting - I'm tall but my rain pants are short

Has anyone found taller rain pants anywhere? I tried the XXL ones but the crotch is so low that they ride up to the same point as the L size when I mount my bike and they're super baggy and flappy in the wind.

I need to find tall, slim pants for the rain and sleet.

I'm 6'3" and have a similar problem. I've solved it by purchasing some inexpensive chaps* that keep my ankles dry and water from rolling down into my shoes.

my body is made oddly I gues, I sent my tights back a few times for tailoring until Lou (the Foxwear guy) got them perfect for me
best of all, he didn't charge me a dime until I was 100% satisfied, meaning that after all the tailoring I wore them for about 2 weeks to make sure they'd work out

I have a pair of gaitors as well (I think is what are called Spats in the US)...

My pair are GoreTex lined, very cool but dry.

Columbia makes tall rain gear (among other things).

I'm 6'6", 280#'s, and their stuff fits me.

Do a google search for "Columbia tall" to see whats available, it changes seasonally.

I love my Cabela's dry-plus pants (http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?id=0024470922257a&type=product&cm_sz=Tall). I got them in tall medium. I'm 6'2" and I can pull them up like grandpa and still have plenty of length. Well designed with full side zips. I'm very impressed with them. Not too baggy either. Rain mixed with 20mph winds doesn't make me feel like a sail boat.

I think the gaitors sound like a cheap option, and I can use them for ski commuting as well if it snows enough that I can't ride. I don't know why I didn't think of them. For the long term foxwear might be worth a look for sure. Thanks again.

Red Ledges. I'm 6' w/33" inseam and the XL's easily cover the tops of my shoes. They go up to XXL.
