People come and people go-- Funny thing is we went 3 days without a posting from you and we weren't bothered- Thought you had bought a new bike and were out riding it non stop to bring it to the level of your others.

I miss Webb's thoughtful insights on society's little foibles, I wish he would come back this way again. I hope nothing bad has happened to him....

All those Diegos and not one is posting lately? I smell a conspiracy! :)

I guess it's a fairly common name.... Webb seems to be a little more of a communicator than the rest though, which is probably related to the depth of his beliefs in the value of his message.

I think someone is back on their meds, and the voices inside their head have quieted down (for now) :D ....

Bless you my sons and daughters for your deep care and concern for me and my cousins. While I can't speak for the rest of the Diego clan, I can share with you that I have been on retreat in Tuscany. Sipping wine, enjoying bread, partaking of pasta, and having an all around good time. The Holy Father extended a time of dispensation and granted me this much needed and long overdue holiday. While in Italy I've cycled through the Alps.

I'm here. I've been a little busy, stayin' the course. OR not stayin' the course. I can't decide -- and I'm the decider. Oh, and letting Rummy know he's been doin' a heckuva job. Heckuva job.

Yeah, that's right Buddy, I've been holed up in a flop house in Koreatown, smoking crack with my homies and catching up on the issues of Zap Comix I somehow saw fit to miss all those years while I was out on the street collaring *******, murders, and leftist political agitators. Not to mention arresting left-over Dharma Bums who were bent on finding the meaning of life while they careened down the Great American Blacktop Highway, twisted out of their minds on who-knows-what form of alcoholic beverage. Not that I don't tip a few myself now and again, mind you. But only after hours, and after my automobile is safely parked in my suburban driveway, next to the empty area where my wife's car would reside...if I allowed my wife to own a car, or allowed her to drive. Oh I know, that may not be the "hep" way to live these days, locking my wife in the kitchen when she isn't pleasuring her legally betrothed, heterosexual husband in the bedroom. But Mister, let me tell you something about the fairer sex. They don't mind pulling "double duty," as long as the bills are paid and the man of the house takes care of the outdoor barbequeing. And frankly, that's just fine with me, because Pally, when I mustered out of the United States Army in 1952 and set out to save the world behind a gold badge and a blue uniform, the last thing I needed was some two-bit floozie hanging around my neck, thinking she had the same God-given rights as a man. No-sir-ree-bob. Not in this man's world.
