Hey, how many of the Bike Forums members are exercise and nutrition science know-it-alls? You know like me?

From now on- I'll wait until after you answer threads, I'm tired of posting the same crap over and over. I appreciate all your thoughtful comments.

But I knew it first! Is this the best thread ever or what? I say it is, which means it is, because, after all, I know everything, but you knew that already. :D

I gotta say, Danno seems to know damn near everything and always has a varitable library of research to back it. It's kinda scary, but he's very cool about it. When it comes to racing I'll pay close attention to Event Services as well. ME? I'm just an average blowhard.

No, see the light bulb thread in road cycling

Then get out of our thread...no room here for honest folk. ;)

Richard Cranium, thanks Lord you admit it. I was about to PM you because of your *****y 'tone' when answering my post about bonk training, but now that you bring it up publicly, I don't have to PM you...

Anyway, I recognize that admitting it takes a lot of gut.

BTW, thanks for your reply to my post ;)

That one is starting to rival the R600DuraAce "I'm sorry I have to drop you because you look like Lance" thread. In both popularity and ridiculousness.

Yeah, but even though you knew it all, you blew it all, which is why you are talking in the past tense. I 'know' it all now, and that's what counts...dontcha know? The 'knew it all' thread for over-the-hill know-it-alls is down the hall, next to the 50+ forum. :p :D

Was this thread built for me or what? I know it is...if you truly know it all, you have no choice but to agree, otherwise you are obviously just posing as a know-it-all, because you don't know what I know. The Poseur Know-it-All thread is on the other side of the building, next to the roadie forums.

Just to prove my all-knowingness, I know that this thread is in great danger of getting moved to Foo!

Since you know it all, which is worse? Getting moved to Foo or getting moved to 50+

(One thing I didn't know is where the + sign is on the keyboard. Musta took me 5 minutes to find it. So now I am ready for 50+!)

Your 'knew-it-all' credentials are now totally blown.

First, if you knew it all, you'd know that Foo is much preferable to 50+, because they'd eat my lunch in 50+ and threaten my know-it-all status. Of course, once I leave the protection of this thread, I will turn back into a mere dolt, so I am pretty much screwed anyway.

Second, you actually admitted that you couldn't find the + : no know-it-all EVER admits that he/she didn't know something. Rood...dood, you aaare the weakest link...goodbye. ;)

If you guys know so much - how come you didn't know about this ----
FULL SPECTRUM ANTLER VELVET is a tonifier that has been widely used in China for more than 2,000 years. Antler velvet is the early stage of antler growth and is a rich source of collagen, glycosaminoglycans, and glycoproteins all which support the skeletal system. Planetary Formulas Antler Velvet is regenerated ever year and harvested with great care in a humane manner by specially trained farmers or veterinarians who conform to the National Velvet Standards Body (NVSB) of New Zealand. Traditionally, antler velvet has been used to restore, balance and strengthen the body, support joint function, and cultivate an overall feeling of well-being.
