I'm wondering if anyone here takes or has taken spin classes at 24 Hour Fitness in Colorado Springs.

Any instructors to recommend? Any to avoid?

Damn....I was just talking to one of my pals about this last night....There is some instructor that is said to rip your heart out of your chest....I hear she is good, but I can't remember her name....

Is she blonde? I have seen one that looks to be just plain brutal.... I may try it sometime!
