Thanks, dbaki. This one, serial #45344, is typical of the 1961 (possibly very late 1960) Modell Campagnolos sold in various California bike shops. The frameset is full d.b. Reynolds 531. Correct original equipment includes Agrati steel cottered cranks with forged (not swaged) spider, steel Agrati road quill pedals, Campagnolo Gran Sport derailleurs, adjustable-reach Ambrosio stem, Campagnolo high-flange 36-hole hubs, Weinmann 999 centerpulls (610 front, 750 rear), and 27" clinchers on aluminum rims.
Here's a VERY rough, but complete and original, specimen which fetched over $300 on eBay.
Rant: Why do so many Capos have either a bike license or a shop sticker covering the Reynolds decal on the seat tube?

So would this be worth picking up, and at what price? I am local and just a short drive to the frames location.

You're going to have to bid and see where it goes! Seller is a good guy.
