So I'm in Accra and I've got two weeks to kill at the end of the month. I have a nice ole peugeot touring bike, and I was thinking I might enjoy biking to Lagos. Anybody here ever done this trip? Any advice on roads? How densely populated is the Accra-Lagos road? Will I be likely to find mechanics along the way if necessary? What about hotels? Really I have no idea what's involved in this and was hoping somebody might have some useful advice. Thanks!
