Those look like nice boots!
I bought a set of these Exustars for the price seemed right.

Rated for around -10C, I only used them once, before I swapped over to platform pedals and a set of Merrell boots

I'll try the Exustars again once the snow lessens around here and the weather gets consistently colder so the streets stay hard packed.
I have been having to put my foot down quickly way too often lately

Goodbye, cold feet!
I'm looking at the gray pair for $169 - possibly the 2006 version. They may be only LOOK compatible. The alternate (best price $100) is Answer Kasmir.
I've tried booties over road shoes, MTB shoes, and sandals w/2-3 pairs socks & sealskins. At 32F or below I still get cold toes.
Have you tried the Lake boots yet?
I have an older pair of the lake winter MTB shoe, and my feet are warm with a pair of winter socks. With heat packs, my feet are toasty.

Ain't they shanee and purdy?
Someday it will be cold enough to actually use them!
I got serious as well, so now I have these...

AFAIC, the little foo-foo booties just doen't cut it. Boots are the only way to go
I'm gonna get me a set of $12 moon boots 1980's style.
Then I'm gonna take my bike off some sweet jumps.

Can you check if they're size 47? Mine seem to be mis-delivered. :D
I've got the fever; toesies, booties, heat packs, etc. are a pain.
