Foo - I feel like crap...

Yeah, I guess this isn't a cold I've got. I just tossed my cookies a few minutes ago. :( And they were good cookies, darnit! :cry: Up until now, I've only had symptoms of a cold, but a little while after dinner, my stomach started to get upset. Now the volcano has blown... I'm freezing and I'm sure I'm starting to run a fever.

It wouldn't be that bad if I could just go to bed right now, but that isn't going to happen. One of my housemates is throwing his senior barrel tonight and plans for to go until like 6am tomorrow morning. Right below my room on the first floor is loud music and drunk people shouting. :mad: Maybe I can sneak into a building on campus and find a couch to fall asleep on.

I want a hug, but I'd probably infect you all with some kind of computer stomach virus. :(

Its ok...I've sprayed the computer with Lysol.

Stomach bugs can be killed with coca cola. Not pepsi or RC, coca cola, the regular kind. Drink a couple liters of it. Viruses in your stomach have a hard time surviving in an acid strong enough to absorb a steel nail.

You may chuck the first batch back up, but trust me on this, you will feel better if you slam some coke.

ummmm, will Mountain Dew work? :D I'm not really a fan of coke or pepsi.

Actually, would Sprite work? I think my mom used to give me that when I had stomach bugs...

Coca Cola Classic, NOTHING ELSE. I know its nasty, I hate it too, but it works. The other kinds of pop aren't as acidic, and they won't work like that. Plus Coke has something in it that fights nausea. Pregnant women and I believe cancer patients buy the thing it has in it over the counter at drug stores.

AAAAAWWWWWRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!! one of my friends just came up to my room and was trying to get me to drink and stuff and I was trying to tell him I would throw up on him if he didn't leave. Now I'm starting to feel a little nausea again :(

let the fever run it's course. kill that bacteria that got into you. i had food poisoning a week and a half ago. never want to go back there again, but sh*t happens :)

thought of you last night, my 15 year old kid went out with friends and discovered energy drinks, she ( dont ask me why) drank 5 of them not knowing exactly what's in them, they thought they tasted good..ohh boy...she came back feeling sick as a dog, she's not about to ever do this again!

I just woke up a few minutes ago, so far I feel fine. Hopefully I'll be able to keep some food down now.

1Tsp mixed in a glass of water with some sugar (~1Tsp) is palatable and very good for you. Try two glasses of the stuff. That should clean you out.
