Hi,
New to this forum, but active in many others. I own a farm in a rural area of Upstate, SC. I have lots of rural roads to train on and I train quite a lot. I've been a serious roadie for about a dozen years. Took it up rather late in life. I turn 51 in six days.
In the last two years I took to time trialing and it's gone well. I'm the reigning state TT champion in my age group and I won my age group for the Carolina Cycling Time Trial Association series at Lowes Motor Speedway in Charlotte this year. I set the track record for the age group along the way ... 29.7 mph. In the year ahead I hope to do well at the national senior games and the USACycling nationals at Seven Springs, PA.
I also do every triathlon relay in my region. Need a cyclist to round out a team? Have bike will travel!
