I don't think it has cable grooves, but for the time being, I can live without, but I finally snagged a 42cm Cinelli 66. :D :D Had to go up to $28+shipping for it, but that's still within what I was willing to spend.

Now I just need to clean out the closet of two other bars I'm not using to pay for it. ;)

I've bid on a few, but haven't seen many come up. The last one I spotted was in Canada and the seller ended the auction early after selling them locally.
