There are many aspects of our western society that are completely ridiculous when viewed from 'outside'. The sad thing is that most people never question the way they lead their lives.

Since I'm still driving mostly myself I find that I slightly adhere to the motorist mentality. I can see how owning a bike would make someone more humble in many ways...
