This isn't the "How do I build a wheel" thread. I was wondering where the cheapest place to get a chris king singlespeed hub and front hub at on the net was and what rim I should lace it with? What gauge spokes should I use? This is going to be a 24" dirt jumping rear wheel and 26" front.

Also, do you need a tool to get to the bearings of an american BB? If so, how would you go about getting it out?

Your web search is as good as mine for prices, but I'd be sure to check http://www.pricepoint.com, http://www.airbomb.com, and http://www.bikeman.com in addition to whatever http://www.froogle.com shows you.

For the rim, I'd probably go with a Velocity Aeroheat. Strong, well made, and priced fairly: http://www.velocitywheels.com/default.asp?contentID=604

You can see some good rim prices here:
