hey all...i've been having some problems with my NWT as of late....it seems like the headset keeps coming loose....I brought it to a bike shop and they tightened it down and it was good for a few weeks...it took it out today and did a some hills and when i came home i could feel it becoming loose again....

i have a 2006 NWT with a 1 1/4 shimano XTR threaded headset....

anyone try that delta headlock nut they offer?

I assume that you already contacted the techs at Bike Friday. What did they say?

I have a NWT too, and had the same problem. Solution: replace your headset with a Chris King. This is a common discussion on the BikeFriday forum, and several people have confirmed that their headsets stopped getting loose once they switched to the CK.
I can't figure out why Bike Friday doesn't make this a standard option. Ok perhaps they make a tad less on each bike they sell, but i've heard more than once about people who say they won't buy a BF because of the 'headset problem'.
