Love it!!! It's not really open to just walk in, you have to call or e-mail steve@bellsbikeshop.com the owner (steve) to make sure he will be there. He's been trying to be there pretty regularly lately. He built my bike and I love it. He pays a lot of attention to aesthetics if you are looking to make your ride pretty. I'd definitely reccomend this shop. It's not as convienient (I know thats spelled wrong but I don't care) as some of the other shops but prices are reasonable, Steve is super nice, and since it's not super busy he knows all of his customers by name.

I'm glad you had a good experience but I have not :(
There was some miscommunication on bbs' side that has backed my order by 3 weeks now. I was given steve's direct number and he has not been answering his calls and on one occasion hung up on me ( he answered and I said hello and click). I still have faith that its coming but how would any of you feel up to this point. Its really hard to get in touch with them due to the limited hours and a recording that picks up the phone. I ordered through the phone and paid through paypal, so I guess theres some insurance if it never arrives. I was really anxious in getting my parts in to start my build and now I'm getting really (almost upset) frustrated. Someone tell me that this is not normal behavior form Steve and Jacci form BBS. WHERE'S MY ORDER STEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spoke to Steve at BBS and was able to get a resonable explanation about the mix up. It seems that he was not there at the time and my order had been sitting when I had emailed them about the order not having arrived yet. I had to email several people there, order@, sales@ and Steve@bellsbikeshop in order to get a response. The person in charge did respond rather quickly but did not follow up to let me know the status, shipped or not shipped. That's when I got frustrated with the shop. I had requested a few items be changes in my order since it was still in their possession. They were able to make the changes but did not notify me that one part was not in stock and had to be ordered. Had they responded and told me that was the case I would have not been frustrted with them.

Steve finally got back to me personally and explained the situation and is supposed to ship my order as soon as the part gets in. Since he returned, Steve has repsonded to every query I have had. It did take me to file with PAYPAL to get his response though.
*I would still buy from them. (but lets cross our fingers for this first order to com through)
