Northern California - Helmet broke, head intact. (I think)

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I was riding up a trail made up of loose gravel, sticky deep clay, and big rocks in the rain. Being my graceful self:rolleyes: , I crashed hard and broke my helmet. Rode back down to the trailhead and called my wife for the trip to get checked out at the hospital. Now I can't wait to go back tomorrow and to climb that trail again. Is this a warning sign of a head injury?:D
Nope, no head injury. Just a sure sign of life. Human spirit is the most boyant of all boats. Go for it!:D
