It is a track frame if that makes any difference in value? All Campy. Can't make out the first letter of the name?

My guess would be Romani.

From Lou Deeter's Used Bike Guide:

ROMANI: Via Are, 12-43038 Sala Baganza, Parma, Italy 011-39-521-833146.
Currently, Rodolfo &Gaetano Romani. Since 1924. Columbus & Oria tubing.

Other info gleaned from a search indicates Romani also made the Palo Alto frames at one time. It appears Romani did frames for others, also. Considered not high end, but that does not mean they were not nice bikes. The Campy track group, if complete, would raise the value of the bike.

What CV-6 said about the track group. I recently picked up a 1972 Bob Jackson time trial bike for a decent price, and found out, after I got it, that the crankset alone (Campy 165 Pista, 151 BCD) will bring more than I paid for the whole bike if I put it up on eBay. The other thing I learned, though, is this: check the places where the drive side crank arm connects to the "starfish". Apparently, Campy Pista cranksets of that era are known for developing cracks at those spots, and if cracked, shouldn't be ridden.

The Campy Pista group on your bike is worth about $500 if it's in good shape. The frame is worth about $250. The bike as a whole is worth about $450....that's right, it's worth more more parted out (every part sold seperately). At least on eBay it is.

It's full Campag., a little-known marque, and lugged Italian steel. You can't go wrong!

Price on this bike is $1000. I have a search out and this guy emailed me. Think it is a little high now that I see all of these responses. Thanks for the help.

Depends what the frame is made out of and what kind of drop-out is has...
The following are my estimated ebay value of parts in good-excellent shape:
165 record pista cranks $250-300
Record track pedals $80-120
Record track wheelset $250-400
Cinelli Track bars and stem $100-150
Record pista headset $100
seatpost $40
CInelli or brook saddle $40-80
Vintage track frame: $300-600
Total: at the low end about $1250 at the high end more like $2000 (parted out of course)
