What do you think the pictured bike is worth, with 600 components, not the campy ones pictured?

well since my serotta is a nova special I can say this.
Great bike, I love the ride. The bike tracks well, turns like
it's on rails and is all round stable.
the tubing is columbus slx (the nova special used sl tubing the special x used slx).
As pictured the bike would probably sell for about $500. I'd say maybe $300 with the
shimano 600 gruppo.
is that an 89 or 90 model?

huh, I figured it would be worth more, given the fact that it is a serotta..really only that little?

I don't know the year.. any tips on how to figure it out?

you can send the serial number to serotta if they can get to
the "big book" they can look it up for you.
I may be a bit low on the estimate, there's a nice
84 on ebay now, full nuovo record low miles (claimed less than 100) up to $500.
problem is that it isn't new fangled, carbon fibre etc.
best bet is to check ebay for completed sales of serotta's.
what is the serial number of your bike? if you can't read it on the
BB it should be stamped onto the fork steerer tube also. I can compare
it with mine, might give a rough estimate of when it was built.

Nice bike, I won't say a word.
Besides it's a POS, the seller is obviously an Ebay Fraudster
I would recommend that EVERYONE stay away from this ;)
