Search wasn't useful. Anyone run these? They come as a package with some candys for $80 and i want to know if they are stiff soled?

Look very skate like, which says to me they'd be flexy and soft, but i thought id ask anyway.

Can't tell you about the Session specifically. I have a pair of Launches, which can be SPD, and even though they have a skate sole, they have a stiffener inside for pedalling efficiency.

If you really want to know for sure, call 661's toll-free number and ask for Sean (pronounced 'seen,' not 'shawn') and ask him. He will give you the straight scoop.

Update one-tonight I just tried them out, but not on my cannondale...just walking on the street, and all I can say is .....they're comfy, but yes, they have a stiff flat spot in the ball of the feet, and not the best for walking miles. Get the Nikes for walking.... They look sweet though!

I dont want them for walking, i want them to be stiffer. ONly reason im considering them is because jensonUSA has a combo deal with them and a set of candys for $80.

Thanks for the review.

I had a pair of 661s. Can't remember which ones. Used them for a month and they fell apart. Course, they cost $60 on their own, so with the candys, that still seems like a deal.
