Right now it's living at the end of my bed, I dont want to leave it in the garage right now so I brough it in.

It sits at the bottom of the stairs, even though maybe it isn't the prettiest bike, I'm afraid someone is going to steal it. I worked hard for this bike, don't want to lose it.

Mine are safely locked away in the garage. The car is out under the grape arbor. Don't think the bikes mind if the garage is unheated.

The Vitus and the wife's bike hang from racks on the wall above the entry to our loft (14' ceilings are great).
The Eddy Merckx sits against the wall in the entry.
The Colnago is currently leaning against the wall next to the fish tank.
The Catamount is currently leaning against the wall between the water cooler and the entertainment system.
I'm planning on getting 3 more racks. Two will go in the entry hall and one will go in the entryway between the main living area and our bedroom.

Instead of the monogodo family using coat rack hooks for coats, they can use them for bikes. Then jackets can be draped over the saddle?

Garage (all three, plus my friend's bike).
They all live with me.

The Dawg is an '07 demo bike from the shop that I did an urban ride with last night. I'll be getting the Dawg Deluxe next month. The wheel on the wall (20mm Ringlé hub laced to Mavic 729) will be going on it when I get the RockShox Pike coil (hopefully for Christmas).

Our dining room is also our bike room. One road bike, one hybrid and two folders, along with some spare wheels, bike bags, a pair of floor pumps, panniers (etc) and, of course, two tool carts. :D What dining room table??

At home...in the basement (walk out basement). The road bike is currently hanging from the ceiling joists as is my son's bike. My mtb (winter commuter) is patiently waiting for me on the first deck in the atrium of my building. I don't make it stay outside in the cold.

We are in the same boat.
Our dining room is our bike room as well. We are cramped for space in our little condo. :)
But we have floor to ceiling racks with two bikes on each rack.
We have storage bins for bike clothing, bike tools, everything cramped into dining room. I can't wait tell we buy a house some day and the bikes have their own rooms. :) :D

My bike is in the spare bedroom. It's the only thing in there so I guess I can say it has it's own room.
Man, I live in a condo, we got bikes everywhere. My son's Allez and the spare Sirrus hang in the stairway going to the third floor. My daughter's Finest has both wheels removed and is in a closet under the stairs going to the second floor, my Allez and my wife's Bacchetta Cafe are in the dining room. It gets hard to make room for a Christmas tree, but we manage. For the most part everything but the Sirrus live in the living room, since that's closest to the front door, and the bikes have to get out!

All over my apartment. Two in the spare room, one in the bedroom, one in the hallway and one in the kitchen. I don't have a lot of space, so the bikes gotta go somewhere!

My kid's bikes used to live in his bedroom, and his brother's bike would come visiting, too. Now that big bro is off at college, and Dad has thrown his bike stuff out of the garage, all his bikes live in the guest house(formerly big bro's abode). They're much happier there, as they have thier own bedroom & bathroom, even though they tend to congregate in the livingroom.
Whichever one I plan on using next lives in the front hallway of my apartment. The other one gets sent to the kitchen to make me a pie.

You know you're addicted to bicycling when your bicycle(s) have a better living space than you do!

In all seriousness...
My bicycles have an entire garage bay to live in. Although it's unheated, they haven't ever complained. Meanwhile, I keep my bicycle accessories (i.e. helmet, jerserys, jackets, vest, spandex pants or shorts, shoes...) in my bedroom closet.
Not bad, huh?

Okay. The Caldera and the Nav are in the other living room (bike room). The Dawg and the Cake are in the bedroom. The new bike is going to be next to my bed. :)
The Giant is in the cold dark garage being carefully watched over by the show cars because it hates me, tries to kill me and is the spawn of the devil. Evil, evil bike.

in my 2 car garage that only 1 car now fits in. In that garage is a Little Tykes Cozy Coupe, Little Tykes Truck, Little Tykes Police Car, 2 wagons, Step 2 Trike, My First Jeep, Power Wheels Jeep, 3 scooters (2 razor and 1 hot wheels) and some other assorted stuff, along with the following bikes:
Scott Speedster S20 - hanging on left wall, Specialized Hard Rock (hers) hanging on the back wall, Trek 830 hanging on the right wall, Scott Speedster S4 (hers) lifted up to the ceiling, Giant M250 (8 yr old's) standing next to the back wall next to Giant 125 (6 yr old's) next to Pink Giant Pudd'n (3 yr old's - took training wheels off 2 weeks ago and she's getting pretty good already).
Soon to join the above: Felt F24 for the 6 yr old, a unicycle, another tricycle for the 1.5 yr old, and, hopefully, for me, a Scott Scale 70.
Not sure where we're gonna put all those although I suspect at least two more will be lifted to the rafters with the wife's road bike.
Now comes the hard part - figuring out how to take all of the appropriate bikes with me when we go on vacation. :)

where the bikes live......
I was thinking about this, and I didn't always have the room I do now. I remember when I used to have my road bike on the counter over the sink. I would have to stick my hand through the spokes in the front wheel to turn the light on. I like having floor space. :)
