I recently found a Bianchi Stratus, it fits me great, but was wondering about the headtube lenght. The length is very shallow, would that make a differnce in handling..

The head tube length is usually determined by the size of the frame. At least for standard geometry bikes. A larger frame has a longer head tube. A short head tube doesn't effect the handling, but the angle of the head tube does.
