So anyone want to do a ride tomorrow (or on Sundays in general)? Leaving bright and early around umm 9-10am form Santa Clara. I think I can wake up that early. :) PM if you are interested.
It WON'T be a hammer fest. Length will be around three hours Flat to Rolling terrain.

Not today, but some Sunday soon. I'm just about through with rehab on my knees and I'm itchin' to get out and stretch the legs. Probably after the first of the year. I'm in West SJ, not too far from Santa Clara.

Same thought from me (I'm on your other border - Sunnyvale). Post what you did do & plan to do, so I can see if I'm up to the pace.

Well I did three hour ride today. Time measured in the saddle, and doesn't include twidling my thumbs at the lights. Distance was around 50 miles. Looking at my log it's about what I usually do in three hours +- 3 miles. Stayed in Zone 2 for the most of the ride, going in to zone 3 on some rollers. Started near Off ramp (el camino and San Thomas), then to Homestead, Foot hill expressway, I think I went through woodside. Ride was out and back. So yeah that was the pace. As I said not a hammer fest, just some base miles.
