how much does it cost new? I am looking for a saddle for the road bike I am building and can't figure out what to get. Price is a major concern. I want something inexpensive.

they are crap...it will tear you up....don't do it.
I have a slightly older one that is very light with Mag rails. It is just like the one in this ebay posting:

I decided to take the plunge and bought a $69 Specialized BG Avatar saddle that fits me (143mm). Haven't installed it yet, but will post updates after a few rides.

Such strange comments about me wanting something specific.
At any rate, I have purchased a saddle from someone on the bikeforums.
Thanks a bunch,
