PS. did you shake that BB up in a bag of quarters or something? Its all scratched up!
Hey while we're on the subject, who drills their BB shell for drainage, and how big of a hole do you make? Knowing almost nothing about what I was doing, I put a 1/8" hole in my shell and it seems to be doing the trick so far.

i'm for it and 1/8" is fine for a drain hole

Jeez. I only ride on new phil hubs. Riding a used one is decidedly declassé. Kind of like dipping your cheese in your wine.
