The climb on Euclid, etc. from Cal to Grizzly was very very steep in places. Once on Grizzly (for only a block), I turned onto Wildcat and took that all the way to Inspiration Point and then turned around to ride home the same way. I was only about to average about 14 or 14.5 mph! Next time, I want to continue on Wildcat down to SPDR and ride the 3 Bears as well.

Three bears is fun. In maschochistic kind of way. I think doing the loop clock wise is much harder then counter clockwise.

Going up Spruce to Griz Peak/Wildcat is easier than Euclid is - it's a more constant grade without so many of the steep pitches.

Dare ya to go up Marin.
