I figured instead of littering the forums with all of these trackstanding and backward circles thread we could all just throw them into one. So, I'll start, I am cool with trackstanding with both and one hand but when I take my hands off I am able to hold it for 4 or 5 seconds and then my bars go all the way to the left and my wheel slides out.
