is it possible to get a 1 1/8 fork threaded? or is it possible to get a threaded fork for a 1 1/8 steerer tube(headset and all)?

1 1/8" threaded stems and headsets are not that common, most parts will be of the MTB domain, although there are some 1 1/8" threaded road parts out there, but not many..
Run it as threadless. Threadless is far superior anyways.

i don't know where you'd find a headset and stem. i don't believe they are made any longer.

Wrong. 1 1/8" threaded components exist, mostly mtb, although there are a few 1 /18" road components floating around out there..
Ebay's got the hookup for sure.
