Joe,

I was curious if there were any organized NYD centuries around here, like there are in some parts of the country?

A few years ago a few guys did the metric part of TFCE and then joined a NYD club ride in the area. last year it got snowed out and this year it seems that it will be rained out.

John

BTW: Are you any where near Sandy Hook? I always wanted to do a cross Connecticut ride and since my brother-in-law lives there, I always wanted to ride to the NY line and get a ride home with my wife. The closest I came was Easter 2004 when that hill on rte 34 (from the dam) at about mile 100 just fatigued the heck out of me and I just
ran out of time.

Last year, on the day we planned to visit, I was hoping to do it to the line but it rained all day
