Anyone able to help me out in figuring out if these fenders are originals or repro's and if they are even phantoms or another model. Or what are the tell tale signs of repros versus the originals?

It has been a long time since i have looked at a pair of Phantom fenders but i am 95% sure these are repro.

Need some more reasonably sized and clearer pics. Can hardly make anything out, even at that size. But yeah, being that clean and shiny, almost certainly repro.,,,,BD

And by reasonable I mean smaller......

My bike is a Chicago original but I've had to repro all the parts to build up a Schwinn Phantom. That might reduce the value for collectors who want a mint original. But with original parts scarce, I've had to make compromises in the build. With repro fenders, its going to be just like the 50s Phantom and unless someone asks, they won't care where the accessory parts were made. The frame is much more valuable.
